A lot of intelligent predictions here that will drive PR thinking as well as broader marketing thinking for our B2B clients through the coming year. Specifically, the recognition of the importance of data in supporting customer acquisition and the relevance of earned media in winning trust with those potential B2B customers. And the endorsement of what I have said will be a key theme in PR for 2012 -- Integration -- is highlighted as enabling B2B brands to communicate with an engaged audience to which relevance has real value.
